Yes, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This ensures your date is reserved and is deducted from the total package price. Your balance is due the day of the session.
Are you willing to travel?
Yes. If traveling more than 20 minutes outside of Gillette a travel fee will apply unless a travel fee is included in your package.
When should I book my senior session?
To ensure you get the best possible experience and availability, it's advisable to book your senior session 1-2 months in advance. Most senior sessions take place during the spring of your junior year through the fall of your senior year, aligning with important yearbook submission deadlines. Spring sessions, typically held in May, capture the vibrant, blooming backdrop, while fall sessions in September offer stunning autumnal landscapes. Booking early allows you to secure a preferred date and time, giving you ample opportunity to prepare for the session, whether that means selecting outfits, considering props, or scouting locations. Keep in mind any specific yearbook deadlines for submission, which may vary by school, to ensure your photos are ready on time.
How strict are you on session time constraints?
While we aim to respect session time constraints, we understand that each client is unique, and sometimes sessions may naturally extend beyond the scheduled time. For shorter sessions, such as 20-30 minutes or even 1-hour sessions, we often find that they can run about 30 minutes longer. This is especially true for senior sessions, where clients may need a little extra time to relax and show their true selves. Family sessions can also extend as we often have a lot of fun capturing genuine emotions and creating lasting memories. However, if you prefer a strict time limit, we are more than happy to accommodate your needs. Our priority is to ensure each client has a wonderful experience and receives photos they love.
How do I receive my images?
You will receive an email and text containing the link and collection password to your personalized online gallery, typically 3-5 business days from your session. Your favorited and final edited images will also be added to this gallery.
How many photos are delivered?
Typically, proof galleries can range from 100 to 300 images, providing a broad selection from which to choose your favorites. The number of high-resolution images included varies between 5 and 50 plus, depending on the specific package and any additional purchases you may choose. These high-resolution images are meticulously edited to ensure the highest quality, capturing the essence of the moments that matter most.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
The turnaround time for receiving your final photos typically ranges from 2 to 6 weeks after recieving your favorites list, depending on the season and our current workload. We strive to deliver your images as soon as possible while ensuring each photo is edited to our high standards.
Do you offer print services?
Yes, we offer professional print services for your photos, including a variety of sizes and finishes. You can order prints directly through your online gallery, and they will be delivered to your doorstep.
Do I have to order prints through you?
You are not obligated to order prints through us; you have the flexibility to use any print service you prefer for your downloaded images. It's important to note, however, that the printed images might differ slightly from what you see on your screen or from the quality our print services deliver. This is due to variations in color calibration, paper quality, and printer settings across different services. To achieve the best results, consider discussing your specific needs with your chosen print provider.
Can we request specific shots?
Absolutely! We encourage clients to share any specific shots or styles they have in mind. Prior to your session, we’ll discuss your preferences during your consultation to ensure we capture the moments that matter most to you.
